There are three main factors that caused the accident, the first is the human factor, the second is the last factor is the vehicle and road factors. The combination of these three factors could have happened, between humans and vehicles such as walking exceed the speed limit set and then blow-out which resulted in a vehicle accident. In addition there are environmental factors, weather also could contribute to accidents.
